Manager - Local Operations

Job ID:18003705 Lead and direct a team of Service Technicians and/or Central Office Technicians. Manage functions involving installation, support and repair of Windstream network as well as customer facilities. Utilizes all aspects of workforce management; monitors adherence of safety practices; employee performance management and training, maintains DOT files as needed; monitors and controls expenses; monitors buildings, grounds, and vehicles; provides budget inputs; promotes positive company image to the public; performs other duties as assigned or deemed necessary Job Requirements Minimum Requirements:  College degree and 5-7 years professional level experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or 9+ years related technical and/or telephony experience; or an equivalent combination of education and technical level related experience required. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
