Health and Safety Coordinator (Midstream)

The Health and Safety Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the coordination and execution of health and safety programs, and ensuring compliance with Company and regulatory agency environmental policies and procedures. These responsibilities include implementation and oversight of projects in response to safety concerns as well as implementation of health and safety programs in all areas including but not limited to; regulatory compliance, DOT Pipeline compliance, incident investigations, inspections, training and incident response.
Detailed Description
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of health and safety for Noble Midstream Services operations in the Permian Basin.
Coordinates with operations teams and EHS leadership to identify needs and ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations.
Supports Noble Midstream safety programs and initiatives.
Provides training, support and technical assistance to field staff.
Supports incident investigations and agency reporting
Supports development and implementation of the health and safety aspects of environmental management information system.
Job Requirements
Associate?s or Bachelor?s Degree in a safety or environmental related discipline.
Six or more years? experience supporting safety and compliance in the oil and gas industry. Strong experience supporting drilling operations required
Familiarity with oilfield equipment and terminology
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Effective oral and written communication
Additional Details
Work may involve moderate physical activity and exposure to outside weather conditions
On-call 24 hours
Ability to walk across uneven terrain to visit well-sites is required

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
