Service Supervisor SR- CMT

Position Summary
Under general supervision from the Cement Field Manager, the Service Supervisor III mentors assess and executes all Cementing service line work at the well site, providing quality service to the customer. The individual in this job role provides necessary planning and executing for the job, including training/mentoring to the crew, which equipment is used, and dispute resolutions to approved levels. The Cementing Supervisor?s emphasis is on employee development, operational excellence and customer satisfaction for the long-term growth and profitability of the area. The Supervisor also acts as the primary contact between the cementing PSL and the Customer Representative at the well site. Skills are typically acquired by completion of the Competency. Typical requirements include a High School Diploma / G.E.D or applicable relevant experience.
Key Accountabilities
Maintains documented performance measures and results for best practices within the service line.
Perform Field Manager Duties when necessary.
Supervise all Cement Jobs.
Supervise and Coach All Supervisors and Equipment Operators.
Gather evidence and participate in Job Investigations.
Coordinates and assist the activities during the rigging up and down of service line equipment on location.
At the end of each job, coach and coordinate the cleaning of equipment in preparation for the next job.
Manages processes and interfaces with the customer as well as other service providers to ensure job site execution is as designed.
Follows up with the customer regarding job site performance current well details, Assess Risk and contact Supervisor if needed.
Promotes and takes an active part in the Service Quality Process.
Coach and performs necessary calculations for the total job at the well site as needed.
Ensures customer satisfaction with work performed.
Evaluates the individual performance levels of the crews and trains supervisors to improve their job performance.
Complies with all company and client Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices and guidelines.
Continually emphasize safety. Participate or lead safety meetings, hazard hunts and ensures JSA?s are followed
Coach and Complete with Post Job Paperwork
Periodically review the requirements established by job policy and procedure.
Follow instructions given by Supervisory personnel.
Report and or correct unsafe acts, conditions or hazards immediately. Implement corrective actions resulting from investigations.
Follow instructions given by Supervisory personnel.
Requires maintained eligibility to drive commercial and company vehicles.
Performs work on his/her own as well as providing assistance to others as directed.
Must participate in all company provided training as required by job position.
Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be required by immediate supervisor.
Adheres to Company policies and work requirements.
Conducts an annual review of the Position Definition and updates as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of and Compliance with DOT rules and regulations.
Knowledge of company policies, HSE standards and departmental guidelines.
Skills to drive Commercial A Vehicles.
Coach on Lifting, Hoist, Slings.
Ability to work with customers to understand needs for services.
Ability to coach and perform all equipment function checks in preparation for the job.
Ability to Coach and Perform Maintenance on equipment, cement heads and miscellaneous equipment.
Ability to coach on the execution of cement job.
Knowledge of the operation of All Bulk Equipment, High-Pressure Iron rig up and rig down, High Pressure Mixing Pumps, Blenders and Auxiliary Equipment.
Knowledge and Coach on Post Job Paperwork.
Knowledge and Skills on Supervision.
Ability to perform Field Manager Duties.
Ability to communicate effectively with Client and employees.
Ability to Coach employees on Blow down and Move Field Bins and Vertical Silos
Ability to follow the Journey Management Process.
Ability to understand Proposals, Job Design, Lab Reports.
Ability to perform Cement Job Calculations, Verify Blend Sheets and complete field job paperwork.
Ability to read, write and speak English to the extent that they can understand verbal and written instructions as well as give verbal and written instructions in English.
Ability to use simple mathematical calculations using whole numbers, fractions and decimals (addition, subtraction, division and multiplication) to make job-related calculations.
Computer skills
Required Experience and Education
High School Diploma / G.E.D or applicable relevant experience.
Must have a valid CDL A or B driver?s license with the proper endorsements required for the type of vehicle operated, issued by the state of residence.
Has developed an exceptional skill set within the service line and a firm understanding of other service functions.
Skills are typically acquired by completion of the Competency.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
